On Monday, August 4, 2025, after an extended illness, God in His infinite wisdom knew it was time for our beloved Marvin Eugene Lee affectionately known as "Whoo" to come home and rest. Marvin made his earthly transition from labor to reward at the Doctors Hospital in Augusta, GA.

A native of Harlem, GA, Marvin was born to the union of Amy L. Cartledge and Willie Eugene Lee on Thursday, April 4, 1957. He received his education by attending the public schools of Columbia County, GA. Marvin was united in holy matrimony to the love of his life, Annie Rose Rogers. To this union, five children were born.

During his employment years, Marvin worked as a trucker for Johnson Controls Company on Fort Gordon military base for over twenty-plus years.

Marvin Eugene "Woo" Lee lived joined the Piney Grove Baptist Church of Dearing, GA at an early age, and God was always first in his life. Our dearly beloved Marvin lived a life of love, and we know that our Father God has told him "Servant Well Done."
