Nancy Gibbs Reeves left her earthly home peacefully, to be with the Lord, early morning Friday, May 2, 2025. She was born to Radway and Bessie Gibbs December 18, 1956 in Helena, AR. She was a 1975 graduate of Barton High School. Nancy was a long time member of the Lexa Baptist Church and helped in any way she could with all the activities held there. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, but most of all loved spending her daily quiet time talking with the Lord and reading her Bible and devotional books. She loved giving gifts and writing special notes to those she loved and cared for. Nancy always found joy in helping others including the many VA patients she came in contact with at work.
Nancy was preceded in death by her Father, Radway Gibbs; her Mother, Bessie Oswalt Gibbs; eldest Brother, Billy Gibbs; beloved husband, Marlin Reeves; and grandson, Tanner Guidry. She is survived by her children, Kristin Guidry (Jason) of Marion, AR; Marla Bond (Dustin) of Barton, AR; Brandon Reeves (Meagan) of West Helena; and Lauren Reeves, Poplar Grove, AR. She was the proudest Mamaw ("Mamog") to 11 grandchildren (Slade, Bryson, Riley, Sawyer, Lane, Luke, Ty, Colby, Collin, Maggie, Ellis). She cared greatly for her nieces and nephews, including special niece and nephew David and Cammie Mallard who were more like siblings to her.
Though our hearts are broken, Nancy is in her eternal home with her heavenly Family now.
