Nancy Webb Obituary
Mrs. Webb passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at the Heritage of Lowman Home in White Rock, South Carolina. She was born to Grover Elmer Moxley and Grace Wagoner Moxley on December 18, 1935 in Independence, Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. Charles Eugene Webb, after 59 years marriage, and three brothers-in-law who she considered brothers, Elwood Kinzer, Billy Payne, and William Thomas Webb.
Nancy loved being a pastor's wife and talking with the many people that she and Gene met through the churches that he pastored in Virginia and North Carolina. She enjoyed being a homemaker and said that is all she ever wanted to be. Singing in the church choir and a gospel quartet brought her much joy. Her favorite moments in life were spent together with family and friends.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in law Terecia (David) Wilson of Prosperity, SC and Lisa (Dr. Richard) Rand of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren Patrick (Brittany) Wilson, Benjamin (Cecilia) Wilson, and Victoria (Blake) Rand Gentry as well as her great grandchildren Noah, Emily, Luke, and Madison Wilson; sisters Loraine Kinzer, Lucille Payne, and Ramona (David) Alderman as well as several nieces and nephews, and sisters-in-law Juianna Webb, Nancy (Alan) Webb DeAndrea, and brother-in-law Micky Webb.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to Lutheran Hospice, 102 Fortress Dr. Chapin, SC 29036.
