Naomi Ruth Tiger passed away June 14th, 2025 peacefully at her home on June 14, 2025 at the age of 81.
Naomi was born August 1st, 1943 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Dickie Tiger and Mary B (Burgess) Tiger. Naomi attended Spaulding public school. Naomi retired as an Inspector from Big Yank in Wewoka, Oklahoma. She was a fan of the OKC Thunder and OU Sooners. Naomi enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She accepted the Lord as her personal Savior and enjoyed listening to Creek hymns.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Edward Tiger, Kenneth Tiger, Joseph Tiger, George Tiger, Rick Tiger, and sister Jeanie Henry. She is survived by sister: Elizabeth Tiger of Holdenville, Peggy Grizzle of Little Axe, Rose Smith and husband Farrel of Maud, Teresa Tiger of Holdenville, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Pallbearers are Farrel Smith, Isaiah Tiger, Darrel Tiger, Brendan Pace, Audrey Pace and Nikki Tiger.
Viewing will be 1pm to 7pm, Tuesday, June 17th and 9am to 7pm, Wednesday, June 18th at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home in Holdenville.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2025 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Farrel Smith officiating.
Interment will follow at Tiger Family Cemetery.
Services are under Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
