Neil Arlan Wagner, 90, passed away on Tuesday, June 17th of 2025 at his home in Alma Kansas. Neil was born in Randolph Kansas to Harold and Mabel (Axelton) Wagner on 28 August 1934. 

He graduated from Randolph Rural High School in 1953. Neil was a cattle farmer (near Westmoreland, Kansas), and also worked as a farm hand, mechanic, in construction, and traveled to northern states during wheat harvest seasons.

Neil was proceeded in death by his parents and by his wife Shirley (Grutzmacher). He is survived by two sons, William of Alma and Steven of Topeka, and also by his two older siblings, Josephine White and Alan Wagner, both of Manhattan. 

No visitation or service is planned.

The family requests no memorials or flowers to be sent.
