Nikilas T. "Nick" Hall, 17, of McCune, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Nikilas Tilar Hall was born on January 25, 2008, to Phillip Wilson and Kayla Hall in Parsons, Kansas. For most of his life, he was raised by his great aunt and uncle, Dianna and Donald Nading and bonus sister, Sarah Nading, in Parsons and the surrounding community. He had completed his junior year at Southeast High School in Cherokee and was looking forward to his senior year.
He attended Monmouth Trinity Holiness Church in McCune, where he was involved in the youth group activities.
Nick loved the outdoors, especially fishing, watching the stars, and building bonfires. He also enjoyed playing basketball with his friends.
Survivors include:
His great aunt and uncle – Dianna and Donald Nading
His biological mother – Kayla Hall
His biological father – Phillip Wilson and his wife, Cristal
Four siblings – Joel Schultz, Madison Hall, Aleya Hall, and Courtni Emes
Three bonus siblings – Charles Wells, Wes Wells, and Sarah Nading
Grandparents – Angela "Kathy" and Tracy Stoll; Merinda Russell-Wilson and Bill Wilson; and Ronald Wilson
Great-grandparents – Charles I. Wells and Ann Statton
Several aunts and uncles
Many cousins
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Boudreaux; grandmother, Rosetta Wilson; great-grandmother, Charlotte Hall; cousin, Ronald "R.J." Wilson; and Wimp Bevans.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home of Parsons. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Parsons. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m., Friday, until the service begins at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to help defray final expenses. Checks can be made payable to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home. These can be left at or mailed to Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
