Norisha “Elsie” Jumadeen, 77, died January 9, 2025 in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Mrs. Jumadeen was born on December 29, 1947 in Trinidad and Tobago to Elvira & Lochan Bello.
Being the eldest, she became a mother figure to many in the family. Her kind and loving ways touched many. She was very dedicated to her husband and worked very hard with him to accomplish a very successful life. She was loved and respected by everyone who knew her. Elsie was a dedicated wife, mom, sister, sister in law. Family meant everything for her. She loved sewing, floral arrangements , cake decorating and loved watching Indian movies with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, with “Ali Jumadeen”.
Survivors include her children, Annisha, Felicia, Ashmead, Abid, and Asif.
Mother in law to Deen ,Richard, Kimberly, Ivy and Samantha.
Grandchildren- Matthew, Demetre, Abidah, Keron, Amir, Dylan, Aliyah, Amelia, Isabell, Delarno, Ashmeer, Alex, Vanessa, Ashmir, and Chanel;
Great-grandchildren- Dane, Saphira, and Demetra.
Brother-Hilton and the late Emroy and Mannie
Sisters-Chandai (tucky) and Chandra( Doy) Indra ( late Doy S.) .
Sister in law to Shaira, late Raphick, Wahid, Zalimoon, late Sham, Aphzal, late Vera, Javid, John, Roslyn, Vangie, jenny, late clema, leela, Ramesh. Late Maharaj, Oma, Sagan, Betty.
Sister to law of late Rita, late Maharaj, Sagan,kissmat.
She was loved by all her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 12:00-2:00 PM with a service to follow at 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
