Norma J. (Biasella) Drumm, age 94, of Canton, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Thursday morning. Born in Canton to the late Dominic J. Biasella, Sr., and Alice Buzzelli, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years David W. Drumm, Jr. Norma was the last of ten siblings who preceded her in death; Joseph Biasella, James Biasella, Mary Frattura, Eddie Biasella, Dominic J. Biasella, Jr., Tony Biasella, Connie Santora, Angeline Biasella, and Alice Biasella.
She was a 1949 graduate of Canton McKinley High School. Norma was a member of Guardian Angels Parish at St. Joseph Church. She loved to play bingo and visit with friends and family. She made the best wedding soup and served it with the ever present smile on her face. Norma went to work at Clarendon Elementary School as a lunchroom aide retiring after 30 plus years of service.
She is survived by her children Michael (Karol) Drumm, Dr. Kim (Dr. John) Finer, Lisa Grimm, four grandchildren; Greg (Ashley) Ramos, Julia Finer, Ben (Emily) Finer, Rachael (Dr. Alex) Miksit, four great grandchildren; Maggie and Grant Ramos, James and Elizabeth Miksit and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Monday from 5 to 7 pm at the Rossi Family Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, 11:00 am, at Guardian Angels Parish at St. Joseph Church. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Norma's name may be made to the American Heart Association or Canton Christian Home.
