Ruth Harris, a beloved matriarch, peacefully departed this world on September 9, 2025, in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the remarkable age of 98. She leaves behind a legacy filled with love, joy, and cherished memories, forever held dear by her family and friends.
In honor of Ruth’s extraordinary life, a celebration will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Ervina White Beauford Funeral Service, P.C., located at 2134 Stenton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19138. Friends and family are warmly invited to gather at 10:45 AM, with the celebration of life service commencing at 11:00 AM. Following the service, Ruth will find her final resting place at Northwood Cemetery, situated at 1501 Haines Street, Philadelphia, PA 19126.
