Norman Fortin Obituary

Frenchville---Norman B. Fortin "Pepere Hot Wheels", 78, passed away on June 25, 2025, at a Madawaska health care facility. He was born in Edmundston, New Brunswick on December 28, 1946, son of the late Arthur and Elaine (Gagne) Fortin. He is survived by his wife of thirty nine years, Caroline (Loukides) Fortin of Frenchville; one son, David Kostyk and his companion Shelly Dawn Sherren of Colorado; one step-son, Scott Fongemie of Lewiston; two grand-daughters, Lauren of Colorado and Emily of Rumford; one great grandson, Roy of Colorado; two brothers, Patrick Fortin and his wife Louisselle of Madawaska; Roger Fortin and his wife Lorraine of Connecticut; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a large family of brothers and sisters. In keeping with Norman's wishes, he will be interred at the Caribou Veteran's Cemetery at a later date.
