Patricia Lynn Smith Bridges, age 61, of Sylvester, Georgia, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Services will be private.
Lynn was born on April 12, 1964, in Moultrie, Georgia, to the late Joe Smith and Sue Wall. She spent her life devoted to the people she loved most—her family. Above all else, Lynn was a loving mother and grandmother, and her children and grandchildren were the center of her world. She showed her love through constant care, loyalty, and an unwavering presence in their lives.
She is survived by her siblings, Lora Halcomb; Lena Prince (John); Bobby Barney (Kim); and Kristie Barney. She leaves behind her beloved children, Randall Travis Smith, Dustien Davis, and Hope Davis, whom she loved fiercely and unconditionally.
Lynn also cherished her role as grandmother to her grandchildren: Paisha Well (Connor), Alexis Smith, Mercedes Smith, Eric Davis, Dakota Childress, Cleelon Poe, Drake Poe, Marley Smith, and Paisley Smith. Her joy was further multiplied by her great-grandchildren, Wesley Cave and Violet Childress, who brought her immense pride and happiness.
In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Smith Cobb, and her grandson, AJ Davis, whom she held close in her heart.
Lynn will be remembered for her deep love for family, her gentle strength, and the lasting imprint she left on the lives of those who were blessed to know her.
