Patricia E. Colucy, 75, of Navarre, a beloved mom, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully, early Monday morning, November 25, 2024. Born March 6, 1949, in Keslers Cross Lanes, Summersville, West Virginia, a daughter to the late Oscar and Lucille (Foster) Crawford, Patty graduated from Fairless High School with the Class of 1967, and attended Betty Axe's Wooster College of Cosmetology. She remained a village resident her entire life, and an independent business owner-operator of The Village Square Beauty Shop for more than 50 years.
Patty is remembered for her outgoing personality, always looking to make new friends, her care and concern for each of her clients, and how she enjoyed being part of the Navarre community. She was a proud member of the Republican Party, and active in support of the Navarre VFW Post 5047.
Predeceased by her parents, and sisters, Lou Crawford and Kathryn (Wally) Wolfe; Patty is survived by her son, Harry Colucy, of Canton, and granddaughter, Haleigh Guerra; her sisters, JoAnn Bunyan, Kaye (Rick) Woodcock, and Debbie (Steve) Hurst, her brother, Dale (Bev) Crawford; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 6, 2024, at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Navarre. The family will receive condolences one hour prior to the services, from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. A private burial will follow at Union Lawn Cemetery.
Your memories and condolences are always welcome and may be added here to Patty's on-line guestbook.
