Patricia Crumley Obituary

She was married to Billy Crumley for 41 years. She was a loving mother,
housewife, teacher of preschool children at Towering Oaks Christian School and much more. She was a member of Towering Oaks Baptist Church and attended with her family as long as her health permitted. She kept the faith as was evident in the last words she spoke.
Nothing gave her more joy than time spent with family, cooking, and storytelling during family meals. It was a true treat to hear her sing, and we will miss her warm hugs and cheerful greetings.
She is survived by her husband Billy Crumley, son Matthew Crumley (Sarah) and children Ezrie, Silas, and Elijah of Knoxville, TN and daughter Jennifer Crumley of Brandywine, Maryland. One sister Linda Duncan and her daughter Sarah Duncan. Brother David Long (Jennifer) and children, Lydia and Zane. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Elven Gyles Long and Carmileta Bryant Long.
The family will receive friends at Jeffers Funeral Home in Afton on Wednesday,
June 18 from 5 to 7 followed by the service at 7. The Rev. Dennis Shumate will
officiate. Family and Friends will meet Thursday, June 19 at Jeffers Funeral Home and depart at 930 am to travel to Cross Anchor Cemetery for the 10 am graveside service.
Pallbearers will be members of Ken Hood's Sunday School Class.
