Patricia "Trisha" K. Smith (Pullis), 74, passed away peacefully at Heritage of Edina Senior Living, on January 26, 2025, with her beloved son and daughter-in-law by her side.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Graceville Consolidated Cemetery, Graceville, MN. Celebration of her life will follow immediately at the Graceville Community Center.
Trisha was born on August 15, 1950, at Holy Trinity Hospital, Graceville, MN, to Lorraine (Cook) and Donald Pullis, SR. She grew up in Graceville, attended Holy Rosary Catholic school thru 8th grade, and graduated from Graceville High School in 1968. She moved to Minneapolis, MN after graduation, where she met and married Scott Smith. To this union, two sons were born: Timothy and Adam.
Tim and Adam were her pride and joy throughout her life. In addition to her sons, she had a deep love and compassion for her many “fur kids” that she adopted thru various rescue organizations. She also loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, wildlife and gardening. Trisha will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Tim and his wife, Danielle Rusnak; grandchildren: Nalani and Kioshi of Golden Valley, MN; mother, Lorraine Pullis of Graceville, MN (who passed away on June 24, 2025); sister, Jane Pullis (Ken Longe) of Big Lake, MN; brothers: Donald (Deb) Pullis, JR, of Graceville, MN; Rodney Pullis (Molly Bialka-Boreen) of New Hope, MN; Dennis (Patti) Pullis of Graceville, MN; and many nieces; nephews; cousins and friends.
Trisha was preceded in death by her son, Adam N. Smith; her father, Donald Pullis, SR; her brother, Thomas Pullis; sister-in-law, Barbara Pullis; maternal grandparents, Joe and Grace Cook; and paternal grandfather, Charles Pullis.
