Kevin was born on March 17th, 1959, in Santa Clara, CA to Roy and Cilenia (Divaliri) Workman. Kevin spent his childhood years moving with his family between California, Idaho, and Nevada. Kevin was a child of the 1960s with a soul from the 1970s, which explained his laid-back, fun-loving nature and natural love for traveling. In the late 1970's Kevin and his brother Michael explored the United States. It was during this time that Kevin wandered into Oklahoma and found the love of his life, Denise. Kevin married Denise in Canadian, OK on December 5th, 1981. Kevin and Denise would move a few times through the years, eventually settling in Indianola, OK, where they raised their family. Kevin continued his love of traveling, driving semi cross-country with his father-in-law and brothers-in-law. Later, Kevin would enjoy staying near home, driving for various local companies. Kevin was always ready for a good time. Whether it was riding his motorcycles, tinkering with vehicles, riding the back roads, or traveling to Arizona to visit his sister Sue and nephew JC Lane. Kevin could always be found laughing, telling stories, and joking around. Any time was a good time to be sitting in the yard acting crazy, and spending time with his family and friends.
Kevin's loving spirit is carried on by his wife of 43 years, Denise; their children, Tandy (Crystal) Workman, Derrick Workman, and Krystal (Gary) Romine; grandsons Grayson Bess and Gradie Romine; sisters Colleen Lansdowne, Suzanne (Lee) Youngblood, Rossi Ulbrich, and Dena Gonsalves; brother Roy Workman; Mother-in-law Geraldine Thomas; sisters-in-law Jimmie (Raymond) Power, Barbara Thomas, Katrina (Danny) Bedow, Tammy (Bill) Palmer; brother-in-law Leeroy Willingham; and many nephews, nieces, and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, brother Michael Workman; father-in-law JC Thomas; brothers-in-law Jerry Lane, Jose Luis Perea, and Johnny Thomas; and sister-in-law Bettylou Willingham.
As per Kevin's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
