Patrycia Gladys Smith, 78, passed away peacefully on July the 5th, 2025 in Waxahachie, Texas. She was born on November the 26th, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA to Lawerence Maraia and Dorothy Wilson.
Patrycia attended First Baptist Church in Cedar Hill for many years. She loved to cook, play solitaire and watch her favorite TV show, NCIS. She also loved spending time with Jesus in the word.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Dale Smith, a son lost at birth, Gary Smith, her parents, Lawerence Maraia and Dorothy Wilson, stepfather Ellis Wilson, sister Shauna Wilson, brother, Steve Maraia and wife Patty, daughter in law, Pamela Smith and much beloved granddaughter, Madyson Smith.
Patrycia is survived by her sons, Robert Dale Smith Jr., John Smith and wife Lori, grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Kambri McCullough and husband Joe, Adam Smith and wife Crystal, Mackenzi Adams and husband Caleb, great grandchildren, Beau, Jax, Laurel, John, Josie, Hardin, and Charlotte Madyson, her brothers James Maraia and wife Bobbi, Mike Wilson and wife Sherry, and Scott Wilson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who will all miss her greatly.
A graveside service will be held at the DFW National Cemetery on July 18th, 2025, at 10:30am.
