With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, Paula Lundy, who passed away peacefully at home on July 6, 2025, at the age of 97.Born on January 8, 1928 in Englewood, NJ, to the late James and Lillian Stevenson, Paula was a woman whose heart and kindness knew no bounds. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lundy and her daughter, Cecilia Zeiger.
Paula's legacy continues through her four children, Conrad Lundy and wife Ramona of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Cindy Vandover of Leesburg, Virginia, Charles Lundy of Marshall, Virginia, and Carol Huber of Stone Ridge, Virginia. She was also the proud grandmother of six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren-each of whom she cherished deeply.
Paula was known by many for her passion for life, her joyful spirit, and her deep compassion for others. She had a way of making everyone feel loved and welcome, and she touched countless lives with her warmth, laughter, and kindness.
We will miss her dearly, but we are comforted by the legacy of love she leaves behind, and the countless lives she impacted simply by being herself.
A private family service will be held in her honor. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation to a charity close to your heart, in memory of Paula Lundy-a woman who gave so much to so many.
