Peggy Ann Theil, born on March 25, 1956, in Wyandotte, passed away peacefully in her hometown on July 17, 2025, at the age of 69. She was a beloved daughter, sister, partner, and friend whose gentle spirit touched all who knew her.
Peggy was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Harriet and Louis "Bud" Theil. She is survived by her loving siblings, Janice (Denny) Garn, Nancy Smith, Brian (Sharon) Theil, and Michael (the late Domenique) Theil. Her lifelong partner, Arthur Dupuie, also mourns her loss, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends who shared in her life's journey.
Peggy had a love for collecting thimbles, each one a small treasure reflecting her appreciation for history's delicate craftsmanship. Her passion for music was evident through her skilled piano and keyboard playing, bringing joy to those around her. She found great solace and happiness in both listening to and creating beautiful melodies.
As we remember Peggy, we celebrate a life filled with quiet joys and deep connections. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and those who were fortunate enough to know her.
