Penny Parmer Turner, born on August 18, 1959, in Ironton, Missouri, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025, at Annie Penn Hospital. She was 65 years old.
Penny devoted her life to her family, embodying the essence of a loving mother, grandmother, and wife. A true people person, she had an extraordinary ability to see the good in everyone she met. Her simple yet profound approach to life touched the hearts of many, leaving behind cherished memories for those who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Allan Turner; her two sons, Joshua and Matthew Turner of Reidsville; and her daughter, Erin Davis, and her husband Brent of Red Springs. She also leaves behind her sister, Leslie Parmer Braun, and her husband Jim of Aurora, IL. Penny was a proud grandmother to Sawyer, Emelynne, and Wyatt Davis. She will be dearly missed by her sister-in-laws Jean Cross of Poplar Bluff, MO, and Joanne Propst and her husband Gary of Pace, FL.
