Philip J Nagle, 69, of Pierpont, Ohio, passed away on June 30, 2025, surrounded by his loving family after a years-long battle with cancer.
Phil was born July 2, 1955, in Meadville, PA, the son of Ray Nagle and Doris Palmer. He graduated from Edgewood High School and the ACJVS for small engine repair in 1973.
Phil married his loving wife, Julie Nagle (Henderson), on February 20, 2025, after 19 years together.
Phil was a true jack of all trades. He was a dairy farmer, taught an adult small engine repair class at the ACJVS, owned/operated a firearms shop, bartended, was certified as an EMT with Pierpont Fire Dept, restored classic cars, and worked a few different retail positions until he retired in 2017.
Phil was an avid gun enthusiast. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and completed multiple woodworking and automotive projects during his retirement. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, spending his free time with his family as much as possible.
Remaining to cherish Phil's memory are his wife, Julie Nagle; children, Ginger (Bret) Koontz, Nikki (James) Parker, Amy Nagle and Ben Nagle; stepdaughters Ashley (Cody) Farmer and Morgan Brand; grandchildren, Brynn and Chase Koontz, Brea, Abel and Ryat Parker; and his two dogs, Bandit and Bella.
Preceding Phil in death are his parents, Ray and Doris Nagle, and brother, Mark Nagle.
Per Phil's wishes, there will be no funeral/memorial services at this time.
Childs Williams Ducro Funeral Home, 1071 State Route 7, Pierpont, Ohio assisted the family. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Philip, please visit our floral store.
