He was married to Van Kim with whom he would have celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary in May.
Born in Kom Pong Cham, Cambodia, he was the son of the late Oeur Neth and Saman (Mey) Neth.
He came to the United States in December of 1981.
He retired from Boston Scientific in Watertown, MA.
In Cambodia, he was a youth counselor.
He enjoyed gardening and having a family garden.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Sophea Pho and his wife Chinda of Lowell, MA; Somanea Pho of Lowell, MA; and Somanik Pho and her husband Heng Touch of Lowell, MA. He leaves behind seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his children Sosmaradey Pho; Sochevy Pho and Sothea Pho.
