Her Legacy Rachelle, "Shelly" Trudell, 59, passed away March 1, 2025. She was born on February 19, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan to Angelo Prisie and Betty Lou (Horton) Prisie. She will be remembered for being a strong, independent, persistent and private person. Shelly felt best when she was hiking or walking on the beach. Her favorite destination was going to Petoskey, Michigan with her fiancé, Thom. Shelly cherished spending time with her grandchildren whenever she could. She enjoyed Michigan football and attending NASCAR and Grand Prix racing. She will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved her.
Her Family Shelly will be missed by her fiancé, Thomas Ostafin; her daughter, Lindsey Trudell; sister, Marcie (Jim) Fergus; grandchildren Akyirah, Arekah, and Marshawn. She is preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Betty Lou Prisie.
Her Farewell Shelly's family and friends will gather at 2:00 PM, until the time of Memory Sharing Service at 3:30 PM on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Memorial Chapel in Howell, Michigan.
