Butch was the loving husband to Barbara "Bobbie" Lynn Evans for 50 years.
Born on December 5, 1951 in Washington, D.C., he was the son to the late Raymond David Evans, Jr. and Freddie Mae Henderson.
Along with his wife, Bobbie, Butch was survived by his daughter; Kristy West and husband Christopher; four grandchildren; Makaela, Charles, Katelynn West, Ryan Evans and Ryan's mother; Elizabeth Brown.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son; Michael Evans.
The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, June 25th from 1:00-2:00 PM at Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Road, Barnesville, MD, where a service will begin at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his memory to The Upper Montgomery County Fire Department.
