Obituary Honoring the Life of Raymond Manley
Raymond Manley, 61, of Woonsocket, was welcomed into the eternal embrace of our Lord & Savior on June 30, 2025, surrounded by loving family and compassionate Hope Hospice caregivers. He was the beloved husband of Julie (Pistocco) and father of Raymond Jr., and Christopher.
He is also survived by his siblings, Robert (Heather) Manley of Oceanside, CA, Carol (Stephen) Maloney of Newport, RI., and Kathy (Emmanuel) Gleyo of San Diego, CA ; he was predeceased by James & Stephen Manley, and Gail Hugo. Raymond also leaves several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A son of Jane (Reeve) and the late Robert Gray, Raymond was born on August 15, 1963, in Los Angeles, CA, where he was raised & educated.
A very loyal and long-time employee and volunteer at Nickerson House & Community Center in Providence, he was previously a commercial painter and property manager who took great pride in his work.
Extremely active in Veterans' affairs, Raymond was a communicant at Holy Trinity Parish and a dedicated volunteer in its Food Pantry ministry and at other area food banks. He enjoyed woodworking, domestic travel, and mostly the simple pleasures in life! He also cherished time spent with his four-legged friends, Aladdin & Rocky, by whom he'll be sorely missed!
Private service arrangements have been entrusted to the Berarducci~Tatro Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, 185 Spring Street, Woonsocket. Memorial donations to the family would be appreciated; condolences may be left at [providencecremation.com].
