Raymond Claude Savage, Sr., 63, of Dublin, passed away on July 13, 2025, in Macon, Georgia.

He was born April 10, 1962, to the late Alvin Green Savage, Sr. and Margaret Newsome Lumley.

He is survived by the love of his life and mother of his children, Tina Savage; his children, Raymond (Christy) Savage Jr., of East Dublin, Callie (Wade) Warren of Dublin; grandchildren, Hunter, Destiny, and Raylin Savage, and Landon Warren; sister, Lisa (Monty) Toler; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Alvin Green Savage, Jr.

He was a graduate of East Laurens High School where he loved playing football, baseball, and wrestling. He was an avid collector of anything old. He loved his family and spent as much time as possible with them. Mr. Savage was of the Baptist faith.

A funeral service celebrating the life of Mr. Savage will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow at Northview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Savage, Jr., Wade Warren, Hunter Savage, Jacob Shay, Brent Savage, and Jonathan Denham.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 2:00 P.M. until 2:45 P.M. at the funeral home.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the funeral arrangements.
