Sue Wadas

Sue Wadas, 84, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 4:24 a.m. at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw.
Born on December 22, 1940, in Columbia, Kentucky, Sue was the daughter of Amos and Milda (Baker) Coomer. She graduated high school and went to do on-the-job training to become a dental assistant. Sue was working as a dental assistant at Fort Knox Army Base in Kentucky when a handsome Doctor and soldier, caught her eye.
Sue was united in marriage to Dr. Frank Louis Wadas, D.D.S. in Brandenburg, KY on October 19, 1969 and they would welcome their daughter, Susan.
Formerly of Goshen, IN they opened the Dr. Frank L. Wadas, D.D.S. general dentistry practice in Milford, IN. The couple ran it together, Sue as the office manager and dental assistant, until his passing in 2015, serving Milford and surrounding areas for over 45 years.
Sue immensely loved being with her family and friends, and enjoyed traveling. She always had a joke to tell and was beyond generous in every way possible. Sue was a Frank Sinatra fan, a huge Notre Dame fan, and enjoyed cuddles with her dog and fur child, Mickey. She was blessed with a beautiful voice, was a song writer and has on YouTube an original song “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year”.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Stace) Bechler of Warsaw as well as many nieces and nephews.
Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Frank, parents, and sisters: Berniece Parrish, Ernestine Morris, Avon Wroble and Patricia Mayfield.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday October 22, 2025 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, Warsaw, with visitation resuming one hour prior, with Pastor Gil Michel officiating.
Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
