Regina was of the Christian faith and attended Dismal Holiness Church. She attended college Southwest Virginia Community College and enjoyed crocheting and reading. She was a loving daughter and sister.
In addition to her father Leonard Leon Keen, she is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Shade and Josie Keen, and maternal grandparents Milton and Annie Meadows.
Survivors include her mother Linda Fay Meadows Keen of Raven, VA; and brothers Rodney Lee Keen and wife Cindy of Cedar Bluff, VA, and Roy Leon Keen of Raven, VA.
Funeral services for Regina Keen will be held at Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home, Keen Mountain, VA, on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Ronnie Kinder officiating. Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery, Keen Mountain, VA.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 12, at 6:00 p.m. with an evening service at 7:00 p.m.
