Rita Frances Tinberg, 69, of Mt. Calvary passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.
Rita was born on June 18, 1956 in Fond Du Lac to Richard and Frances (Egerton) Kaufman. She was a graduate of Goodrich High School in Fond Du Lac. On August 19, 1992, she married Warren Skip Tinberg, Jr. Rita worked at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond Du Lac for 45 years. She was a collector of Santa Claus', enjoyed crafting and loved her cats.
Rita is survived by her husband: Warren Skip Tinberg, Jr.; daughter: Tabatha Tinberg; granddaughter: Cheyenne Fick; sisters: Jane (John) McGovern and Christine Corlett; mother-in-law: Mary Tinberg; and sisters-in-law: Maria (Darnell) Kolth, and Ruth Tinberg. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rita was preceded in death by her parents: Richard and Frances Kaufman; father-in-law: Warren Tinberg, Sr.; and uncles: Robert (Ellen) Kaufman, and Howard Kaufman.
Per Rita's wishes, cremation will take place and a life celebration will be held at a later date.
