Robert A. Cowher,76, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025 at Carriage Inn. He was born in Steubenville on January 26, 1949 a son of the late William & Margaret Jane Sanders Cowher. He was retired from Jefferson Behavioral Health and a Marine Corp. veteran.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife Betty A. Kardos Cowher; son Clinton R. Cowher; siblings Charles & Billie Ann.
Bob is survived by his daughter Julie A. Cowher; two sisters Pam (late John) Cucarese & Patricia (Jim) Swinsinski.
Private services and burial were held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
