Robert Keith Head, 57, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, July 3, 2025. Born in Wayne County, Keith was the son of Eugene Miller Head of Goldsboro and the late Linda Faye Rogers Minshew. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Linda Stevens Head, whom he lovingly referred to as "Mom."
Keith proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, a role that deeply shaped his character and values. After his honorable service, he was employed with Georgia Pacific and later continued his career with APV Baker in Goldsboro.
A private family graveside service will be held at Falling Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Patrick Muston officiating.
Keith is survived by his father, Eugene Miller Head, and his sisters: Kimberly Head Glass, Megan Lawhorn, Sara Pate, and Mindi Schedel. He is also remembered with love by his nephew, several nieces, and a host of cousins, aunts, and uncles who held a special place in his heart.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Keith's memory to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements are entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
