Robert "Bob" Earl Hearn, 91, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at his home. He was born on March 15, 1934 in Sawyer to Arthur W. and Mary (Kennedy) Hearn. Bob married Eula J. (Moon) Hearn on July 5, 1959 in Pratt. She preceded him on April 25, 2021.
Bob graduated from Sawyer High School in 1952. He worked as a farmer and cattleman. He was a member of Sawyer Christian Church and Elks Lodge #1451. He served on the Skyline school board for 13 years and the Sawyer Township board. He enjoyed traveling to Canada to see his friends, hunting, having morning coffee at the Ranchers Cafe in Sawyer and the Sawyer Co-op, reading books and spending time with his dogs, Bubba and Stumpy.
He is survived by his sons, Milt (Heather) Hearn of Sawyer and Carl Hearn of Wichita; sister, Mary K. Hearn of Sawyer; granddaughter, Brandi (Kreig) Johann of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and a great-grandchild on the way.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Eula Hearn; sisters, Fern, Martha and Maybelle; and brothers, George and Jim.
Visitation will be Monday, July 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5-7 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Rd, Pratt. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Larrison Mortuary, Pratt with Doug Williams presiding. Burial will follow at Ellenwood Cemetery, Sawyer.
Memorials may be made to Interim Hospice or Pratt Area Humane Society.
