Robert Irenus Park, Sr., 84, of Kearneysville, WV passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Meritus Healthcare in Hagerstown, MD.
Born November 13, 1940 in Shepherdstown, WV, he was the son of the late David Timothy Park and Lily Lemen Park.
He was of the Christian faith.
Robert served 21 years in the US Air Force and Reserves,167 ANG.
He is survived by one daughter, Catharine Johnson and husband, Eric, three sons, Robert Park, Jr. and wife, Mildred, Daniel Park, Sr. and wife, Jennifer and David Park and wife, Sherri, one sister, Vivian Snyder, one brother, Paul Park, 11 grandchildren, Brandyce (John), Kimberly, Kaysie (Matthew), Daniel, Jr. (Anastasia), Samantha (Dustin), Matthew, Rachel (Colton), Ethan, Lily, Elizabeth (Deven) and Amelia (Justin), and 8 great grandchildren, Aleah, Chance, Camden, Ziah, Wrenleigh, Matilyn, Cooper, and Parker.
In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, David Park, Sr.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Tim LeMaster officiating.
Interment will follow in Central Chapel Cemetery, 2546 Back Creek Valley Road, Hedgesville, WV.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Hospital.
