He was born Dec. 23, 1953 in Batesville, IN a son of the late Jeanette E. Lohr and David Leon Robbins. Bobby married Xiao H. Robbins Oct. 31, 2014 and she survives. He served in the Army from 1972 until his honorable discharge in 1984. He worked as a security guard at Valeo in Greensburg.
In addition to his wife Xiao, he is survived by two sons, Robert Jr. & Dusty Robbins; two daughters, Amanda & Amber Robbins; one step daughter, Wang Ya Nan and a grandson and step grandchild; his siblings, Leslie (Brad) Woodward of Rushville, IN; Thomas W. (Coletta) Robbins of Clarksburg, IN, David (Tammy) Robbins of Batesville, IN; sisterr-in-law, Cheryl Robbins of Clarksburg, IN. Many nieces, nephews and friends will also miss him.
He is predeceased by his parents, one son Robert, a brother Howard and nephew Jeremy.
Military Honors and Funeral will be 1:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2025 at Todd Funeral Centre & Crematory in Rushville, IN with David Carmickle. Friends may call from 11 AM until the time of the service. He will be buried at East Brook Cemetery in Milroy, IN
