Ronald Allen Henderson, of Fountain City, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 21, 2025, at his home.
Ron was born to Jane (Bork) and Lowell Henderson in Winona, MN, on October 6, 1961.
A proud Grand Champion Bull Rider in 1995, Ron's spirit reflected the thrill and passion of the rodeo. Ron could often be found enjoying a cold beer at George's with his buddies, swapping stories and laughter. His love for the beach, where he'd sit peacefully on the patio soaking up the sun, was unmatched. Ron also enjoyed countless weekends camping at Champions Resort in Galesville. Ron loved his dogs, especially Duchess and Princess.
Ron is survived by his step-children, Brad (Janelle) Drury and Jackie (Rusty) Church; step-grandchildren, Troy (Addisyn) Bork, Austin Bork, Evelyn Drury, and Theodore Drury; step-great grandchild, Noelle; Aunts and Uncles, David (Irene) Bork, Donald (Grace) Bork, and Rita (Don) Fort; Godmother, Rosalie Bork; and many other extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his husband, Kenneth Drury; parents, Jane Dzwonkowski and Lowell Henderson; and step-dad, Eugene Dzwonkowski.
A joint memorial service for Ron and his mother Jane, who passed away on March 16, 2025, will be held at 11am on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Hoff Funeral Home (3480 Service Dr. Goodview, MN) with visitation beginning at 10am.
A private burial will be held in Piepers Valley Cemetery, Fountain City, WI.
