Ronald "Jack" Irwin Robinson, 96, of Bellefontaine, OH passed away Tuesday afternoon, August 5, 2025, at his home.

Ronald was born on March 18, 1929, in Radnor, OH, a son of the late Lonzo and Margaret (Jaggers) Robinson. He married Donna Mae Nelson Alltop Robinson on March 19, 1955, in New Castle, IN and she preceded him in death on March 2, 2021. He was also preceded in death by a son, Andy Alltop, daughter, Margaret Shields, and a brother, Bob Robinson.

Jack is survived by three daughters, Chris (Damon) Cockrel, Ronda (Ernie) Pitchford, and Carol (Ron) Goings, a son-in-law, Rob (Vicki) Shields, seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Jack attended Stokes Local School. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and United States Army serving in Korea. He was a carpenter with Long Island Builders and Westerman Builders. After retirement, he worked for several years at Tree Links Golf Course. Jack enjoyed bowling in his earlier years and golfed as long as he could. He loved to ride his zero-turn mower and being outdoors.

Reverend Bryan Meadows will begin funeral services at 2:00 pm, Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S Main St., Lakeview with visitation from 12-2. Burial is in Walnut Hill Cemetery, New Hampshire, OH with military rites performed by the Logan County Veterans Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Jack's memory to Shriner's Hospital or Universal Home Health and Hospice Care.

Arrangements are in the care of Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview, OH. Condolences may be expressed at shoffstallfuneralhome.com.
