Ronald N. Kieffer
May 20, 1938 – June 20, 2025
Ronald Norbert Kieffer, 87, of West Bend, WI, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025, surrounded by love. He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Barbara A. Kieffer (Graves); daughter Connie Mitchell (Robert); and grandson Ian Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his children Gretchen Klingbeil, Gregory, and Steven.
Born in Kaukauna, WI, Ron grew up on a dairy farm and went on to earn his engineering degree from Marquette University. After marrying Barbara in 1964, they built a life filled with love, strong faith, and resilience. Despite the heartbreak of losing three children to Cystic Fibrosis, Ron remained unwavering in his strength and hope, devoted to his family and his beliefs.
Ron served as an elder beginning in 1991 in the Menomonee Falls and later the West Bend congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses. In 1999, he began serving as a regular pioneer, finding deep joy and purpose in sharing his faith. His trust in Jehovah's promises gave him the comforting hope of life in Paradise.
Ron will be remembered for his warm smile, infectious laugh and his big dimples. He brought joy, humor, and a little mischief wherever he went. He loved fishing, cards, sweets, and spending time with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
