Ronnie grew up in Dime Box, Texas, attended and graduated from Dime Box High School in 1964. It was during his high school years he met the love of his life, Shirley Ann (Wagner) Zwernemann. Ronnie enjoyed spending time with his family, spending time with his late wife at their property in Round Top, he enjoyed attending church and Sunday dinners with his children and grandchildren, making BBQ, reading his Bible, listening to the radio, playing his guitar, watching the Rifleman and Gunsmoke, Nascar, and football. Ronnie was a talker, full of one liners, never met a stranger, and always quick to make a person laugh. He was kind, caring, hardworking, generous, and always thinking of others. Ronnie was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him and especially by his family.

Although his stay was short, we would also like to thank the staff at his Assisted Living Facility, Brookdale of Spring Shadows for their unmeasurable kind and compassionate care they showed to Ronnie. He truly enjoyed becoming a resident.
