Roseann Miller Lowe

Roseann Lowe, born February 25, 1958, in Medina, Ohio to the late John and Marie Miller passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025, in Waynesville, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is also preceded in death by her nephew Joseph Miller.

For the past 29 years she has worked alongside her sister at Affairs of the Heart. Customers became friends, as she was a loveable smart aleck.

Affectionately called Mountain Grandma, she loved gem mining with her grandkids and going to yard sales with her sister. She was known for her butt dialing and passing out fuzzy pocket mints. Roseann loved Kandi's Cakes, taco salads and homemade fudge (Thanks Kelly!). She was a little woman with a big heart that loved her family.

Roseann leaves behind her husband Gregory Pete Lowe, her children Ryan Franklin (Stephanie) Cassie Khattak (Mike) and her beloved grandchildren Kali, Isabel, and Bailey. She is also survived by her siblings Dick Miller, Paul Miller (Jeannie) and Patricia Miller (Lane) along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to HAWA or the American Cancer Society.

Roseann will be remembered for her unwavering faith, gentle spirit, fiery independence, and the deep love she extended to all. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched.
