Roseanne Carol Chesbrough
September 16, 1946 – July 8, 2025
Roseanne Carol Chesbrough, 78, of Boston, MA, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025, after a courageous battle with illness surrounding by her family
Born in Boston to Dorothy Silva and Alphonse Fasciano, Roseanne was raised in East Boston and went on to earn an associate's degree from Tufts University.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she found her greatest joy in caring for her home and family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, singing, dancing and playing bingo.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas Lynch; her children, Stephen Chesbrough and his wife Rebecca, Jacquelline Sullivan and her husband Bill, and Diahann Koustenis and her husband Christos. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Matthew Chesbrough, Thomas Chesbrough, Billy Sullivan, Skyla Sullivan, and Tommy Sullivan. Roseanne was also preceded in death by her lovely granddaughter Cheryl.
Roseanne is also survived by her sister, Joan DiTomasso, and her brother, Will Fasciano along with many cousins and nieces.
She will be remembered always for her gentle heart, resilient spirit, and the unconditional love she shared so freely with those around her.
At this time, no services are scheduled. A celebration of Roseanne's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
