Rosemary VanZandbergen Obituary
Rosemary L. VanZandbergen, 88, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed from this walk of life on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in Batesville, Arkansas.
She was born in Wheaton, Minnesota, on June 11, 1937, daughter of the late Clemmens and Olivia (Raitor) Sletten. During her working years, Rosie worked in advertising. Rosie was united in marriage to the late Eugene “Gene” VanZandbergen on June 19, 2005, at Faith Presbyterian Church in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church and enjoyed going to Bible Study. Rosie loved being on the lake and traveling.
Rosie is survived by her daughters, Kimberly (Kevin) Ketzner of Kansas and Kelly (Fernando) Navarez of Ohio; son, Kevin (Laura) Klein of Colorado; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene VanZandbergen; parents; grandparents and other family members.
A celebration of life will be held at Faith Presbyterian Church in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM.
