She is the eldest child of Gregorio M. Viduya and Maria Consuelo Francisco and widow of Eulogio S. Manuel Sr. A resident of Manassas Park, VA and was born May 28, 1942, in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines.
She is survived by her 2 daughters and their families. A devoted wife, beloved mother, proud grandmother and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Her life was a beautiful testament to love, faith and generosity. Rest in peace dear Rosita. Your love and light will continue to shine brightly in our lives and your memory will be cherished forever.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Elizabeth Chapel Cemetery, 7792 Chumuckla Highway Pace, FL 32571, at 10:00am.
