Roy E. Coe passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the age of 57. He was born on April 29, 1968, in Fulton, NY, and spent his early years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, before returning to Oswego County, New York. He made his home in Mexico, where he was surrounded by loved ones and remained close to his roots.

Roy was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, and love for life's simple pleasures. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family, grilling at cookouts, and scratching off lottery tickets. His laid-back nature and warm presence made him someone who brought joy to every gathering.

He was predeceased by his beloved mother, Sandra C. Richardson; his stepfather, Dennis M. Richardson; and his wife, Leanne Coe. Though their absence was deeply felt, Roy carried their love with him every day.

Roy is survived by his father, Philip E. Coe; his brother, Tommy L. Coe, and Tommy's partner, Karen A. Rude; his niece, Rochelle L. Rude; his nephew, Zachary L. Coe; and his great-nephew, Carson L. Coe. He also leaves behind many cousins, extended family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 11:00am to 12:45pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton, NY 13069. A graveside service and burial will follow at 1:15pm in Bethel Cemetery, Hannibal.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In honor of Roy, the family encourages you to share a memory, spend time with loved ones, or scratch a lottery ticket - just as Roy would have.

He will be remembered always for his gentle spirit, his laughter, and the love he gave so freely. Rest in peace, Roy.
