Ryan M. Chase, age 45, of Addison, New York, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025. He was born on May 2, 1980, in Corning, New York, the son of Marjorie Chase.
Ryan graduated from Addison High School in 1999 and later earned his CLD license - a proud milestone for both him and his family. Above all, Ryan's greatest joy in life was being a father. He loved his daughters deeply and devoted himself to creating special memories with them, always putting their happiness and well-being first.
Ryan will be remembered by his loved ones as a devoted and selfless father who always put his family first. He was loving and kind, especially with his daughters, cherishing every moment spent together. They will forever hold close the memories of picnics, nature walks, four-wheeler rides, planting vegetable gardens, camping trips, and visits to rodeos- moments that reflect Ryan's deep love for the outdoors and his joy in sharing it with them.. A skilled and hardworking self-employed contractor, Ryan took great pride in building things with his hands. He was also known for his generosity and willingness to help anyone in need, never hesitating to lend a hand to friends, neighbors, or even strangers.
This heartbreaking loss has deeply impacted those who knew and loved him. His family hopes Ryan knew just how much he meant to them and will carry his memory with them always. With heavy hearts, Ryan's family acknowledges the difficult choices that led to his passing. While they do not overlook his struggles, they choose to remember the good- the love he gave so freely as a father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His family and friends will always cherish the bond they shared and the memories they created together. Ryan brought joy, laughter, and a big heart to everyone around him, and it's that love his family will carry with them forever.
Ryan is survived by his wife, Angelina Chase of Addison; two daughters, Keira Chase and Haylee Chase, both of Addison; his mother, Marjorie Chase of Addison; sisters, Tari Chase of Troupsburg and Jennifer Martinez of North Carolina; stepbrothers, Charles Space III and Michael Space, both of Addison; grandmother, Norma Chase of Lindley; aunt and uncle, Lonnie and Sarah Chase of Addison; father in law: Brian (Sharon) Barney of Corning nieces and nephews, Chasetin Crane, Ayden McCallum, Kami Skinkle, Joshua J. Skinkle, Keylei Skinkle, Jacob Skinkle, and Angelina Martinez.
