Sammie Ruth (Coleman) Domino, born December 7, 1935, in Burdette AR, passed from this life to the next on July 13, 2025, at Christian Care Center in Texarkana TX. She was 89 years old.
She is preceded in death by husband Reggie Lynn Domino; parents Jesse Rosco Coleman and Allie Mae (Thompson) Davis; sons Steven James Stidham, Paul Vaughn Slaten, and Kenneth Slaten; brothers Everett Croslow, Wayne Coleman, and Kenneth Coleman; and sisters Francis Qualls, Anita Kidd, Pearl Fisher, and Peggy Garbison.
She is survived by son Roland Keith Slaten of Texarkana TX; daughters Caran Sanette Brown of Idabel OK, and Pamela Rena Earnest and husband Gary Bill Earnest of Maud TX; grandchildren Robin Sloan, Kimberly Brown-Owens, Shawn Brown, Steven Stidham Jr, Paula Kay Slaten, Joshua Slaten, Jennifer Jackson, Brian Keith Slaten, Jamie Lawson, and Tristen Slaten; great grandchildren Tara William, Tesa Hooper, Patrick Owens, Wyatt Brown, Dustin Brown, Dakota Brown, Cheyenne Brown, Blaze Jones, Astin Jones, Blaze Slaten, Dalton Croley, Brett Didway, Joseph Justiss, Arron Slaten, Embry Slaten, Braylee Slaten, Izaiah Black, Aiden Hughes, Lord'Zachary Lawson, and Bishop Lawson; great-great grandchildren Anberlyn Estes, Olive Estes, Timothy Estes, Fynnigan Smith, Hadleigh Croley, Malachi Brown, and Maverick Brown; grandson-in-law Zachary Lawson; and numerous other relatives and dear friends.
Sammie is being cremated under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home in Queen City TX. A memorial service in her honor will be announced at a later date.
