Sandra Irene Baughman, 79, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025, at Genesis Hospital. She was born August 19, 1945, in Zanesville to the late Robert E. and Eva Roberts Medley. She was a 1963 graduate of Zanesville High School and retired as an Agency Program Specialist for Muskingum County Community Action. Sandra was a member of the Moose Lodge #663, Fraternal Order of Eagles #302 Auxiliary and VFW #1058, where she was the treasurer. She enjoyed bowling, watching movies, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She was very active in our community, especially helping out with Operation Feed.

She is survived by her husband Ronald Baughman, whom she married March 16, 1984; a son Jesse Dilley; a daughter Tina Marie (Kevin) Dalrymple; stepchildren: Trent Baughman, Rick Baughman and Heather Baughman; three brothers: Robert S. (Polly) Medley, Michael Medley and Phillip (Amy) Medley; sister-in-law Sheila Medley; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many friends, including dear friend Kathy Combs.

In additions to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Danny L. Hayes Jr.; stepson Ron Baughman Jr.; stepdaughter Tia Baughman; a brother Johnnie Medley; a sister Reda Dilley; and father and mother-in-law: Earl William and Thelma Newsom Baughman.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, Friday, July 18, 2025, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. The funeral will be held at 11 AM Saturday, July 19, in the Snouffer Chapel with Rev. Mark Combs officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Roseville, Ohio.
