Sandra Wood Obituary
A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of James Dennis Wood and Patsy Lynette Evans Wood, both deceased. She was employed with Lab Corp as a paralegal and contract administrator. Sandra was a member of the Paralegal Association. She was also a member of Davis Street United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a brother, Steve Wood and wife Rose of Greensboro; cousin and longtime friend and caregiver, Mike Johnston of the home; niece, Samantha Elam; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Alex Elam.
The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. with a graveside service to follow at Alamance Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, Inc.,
