He was born on March 8, 1982, at Coffeyville to Eddie and Serena (Roeder) Bilby. Scott grew up and attended school in Coffeyville graduating from Field Kindley High School in 2000.
He married Skye Senecal in March 2014. Following their marriage, they made their home in the Coffeyville and Caney area.
Scott was employed at Coffeyville SEKTAM as a CNC Machinist. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, camping, watching football and was a Texas Longhorn fan.
Survivors include his wife Skye of Caney, Kansas; his children Hannah Bilby, Ashleigh Bilby, Tobey Bilby, Tyler Bilby, and Bryson Bilby; his mother Serena Bilby of Coffeyville, brothers Michael Bilby, Eric Bilby, and Brad Bilby; and his sisters Cheryl Bilby and Pamela Bilby.
He was preceded in death by his father Eddie Bilby and his grandparents Delbert and Judy Roeder.
Cremation will take place under the direction of David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
