Scott E. Brown, 59, of Harlem Springs, passed away unexpectedly Saturday morning, August 31, 2024 in his home.
Born June 3, 1965 in Portland, Indiana, he was a son of Kathy Grogg Brown of Harlem Springs and the late Walter L. Brown.
Scott was an U.S. Army Veteran having served over seas in Operation Desert Storm. He was a member of Parker Lodge #630 F&AM in Parker City, Indiana.
Along with his mother, he is survived by five siblings, Debbie (Paul) Diaz, James (Victoria) Brown, Robert (Tara) Brown, Dawn Elizabeth Brown, Katrina (David) Taylor; numerous nieces and nephews, a great niece and a great nephew; two uncles, Paul (Jane) Brown and Francis (Wanda) Grogg; and two aunts, Eileen Edds and Mary Craig.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by two uncles, John Brown and William Grogg, and an aunt, Helen Henry.
A memorial visitation will be Friday, September 6, 2024 from 1-3 p.m. in Dodds Funeral Home of Carrollton with military services at 3 p.m.
