Scott Keith Duncan, age 56 of Rocky Top, passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025. He was born on December 22, 1968 to the late Elmer Lee and Dorothy Jean Disney Duncan. Scott enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brother, Edward Eugene Disney.
He is survived by: children, Christian Duncan and Rachel, Kendra Bingham, Dakota Bingham; grandchildren, Simon, Chance, Amelia and Kyra; siblings, Suzanne Watson and husband John, and Gemmie Smith and husband James; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
The family is planning a memorial service for a later date.
