WEST RUTLAND- Sheri Marie Terounzo, the most beautiful and kind woman passed away at 52 peacefully in the arms of her daughter on February 19, 2025.
Sheri was born on April 2, 1972, in Rutland, VT, the daughter of Frank and Sandra (Bove) Raymond. She graduated from Rutland High School.
She was a loving mother and friend to all in need, she was tougher than steel, yet compassionate and understanding, knowing just how to make anyone feel loved. She led her life with a beautiful smile all through trial and error, radiating her bubbly and kind personality to welcome joy into the lives of many, inspiring others to do good. May we remember and cherish what she has accomplished in life.
"I hope you believe you can still make a beautiful life for yourself even if you lost many years of it to grief, or darkness, or a wound that wouldn't close."
Rest in peace, we love you mama.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Terounzo; daughter Luman Terounzo; step-daughter Deanna Terounzo of AZ; brother Frank Raymond of Rutland Town, VT, Guy Raymond of Chittenden, VT, and Ralph Raymond of Rutland, VT; sister Patricia Raymond of N. Clarendon, VT; uncles Robert McClallen, Greg McClallen, and Robert Bove; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by both her parents.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home.
